ILMVERSITY Yearly, Monthly, Weekly and Day to Day Scheduling:

Maintaining a schedule of time management vary with academic calendar in your institute which is highly preferred particularly when you have to deal with a lot of holidays, occasions, upcoming examinations, fee due dates update and many other important events coming up. We have an excellent alternative to the traditional mode of schedule management calendar.

To reach the Schedule Manager, you need to login with your admin account and go to Schedule Manager and then to select yearly or day to day schedule.

You can define Vacations, Holidays, Events, Time Table and Syllabus according to teacher schedule and curriculum management as well.

How to create an event

When you need to let your students and teachers know about an upcoming event like annual farewell party or annual sports week in your institution, you can define Events through yearly scheduling and it will come in the calendar.

You need to put the start and end date of the event to be created along with the title like ‘Annual school farewell’ and a brief note with it. If the event is a holiday, then click on Holiday and if clicked, it will be marked in pink in the respected date in the calendar. If in case, it’s not selected, the event will be marked in black in the calendar. Next, you need to select if the event is meant for all and if its yes, just click to the option ‘Event common to all’. But if it’s not meant for all, then there is no need to select the option and you have to click on ‘Create Event’ which will further take you to another page to select the batch and department you want to direct the message to.

Thus, the event will be updated in the calendar and can be viewed by selected people or want to show multiple people, When you go to schedule calendar, on selecting the respective color of events, you get the details about it on the right hand side of the page as shown below:

In the same way, you need to create exams using the ‘Examinations’ option in ‘Exam Manager’ and fees dues can be created by selecting ‘Fees’ in ‘Fee Manager’ option after you select ‘More’.
